From searching for a career to creating a brand with a long-term ambition.
In 2023, after completing his B.Com, Muhammad Shahir stepped into a difficult search for his career. Jobs were hard to find, and the path ahead wasn't immediately clear.
He considered an MBA and explored different courses, including Tally and graphic design, searching for a direction that could become a career.
He also tried an internship in a factory. It didn't last.
Then came an opportunity in a cashew manufacturing factory.
That experience introduced him to an industry he hadn't initially planned to enter. More importantly, it gave him an understanding of the products, the process and the opportunity behind the business.
2026
Al Farzam was born.
What began as a search for a career became the beginning of a brand.
Today, the ambition is much bigger — to build Al Farzam into a trusted premium dry fruit and nuts brand, beginning in Mangalore and growing into a multi-outlet brand across India, and eventually beyond.
